Workplace accidents and medical emergencies can happen at any time from minor injuries to life-threatening situations. Without immediate and proper response, these incidents can escalate quickly. Having trained personnel on-site ensures that help is given promptly, reducing risks and potentially saving lives before professional medical assistance arrives.

Our 2-Day Occupational Basic First Aid Training is designed to equip participants with essential first aid knowledge, hands-on skills and the confidence to respond effectively during workplace emergencies. This programme focuses on practical learning to ensure participants are prepared to act quickly and correctly in real-life situations.

Participants will learn basic first aid principles and emergency response priorities, recognise signs and symptoms of common workplace injuries and illnesses, and perform life-saving techniques such as CPR and AED usage. The training also covers how to manage injuries including bleeding, burns, fractures and shock, as well as how to remain calm and effective during emergency situations. In addition, participants will be encouraged to promote safety awareness and preventive practices within the workplace.

Through practical exercises and guided simulations, participants will gain the confidence to respond immediately and effectively, helping to create a safer and more prepared working environment. This programme is HRD Corp claimable and a certificate will be provided upon completion.
