Real Skills, Real Action: Prepare Your Team to Respond & Rescue with Confidence
In emergency situations, quick thinking and proper action can save lives. However, without proper training, many teams may not respond effectively under pressure. Organisations need more than just procedures, they need trained individuals who can act confidently, coordinate as a team and handle real-life emergencies safely.
Our ERT, Drill & Rescue Training is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience to ensure participants are fully prepared to respond during critical situations. This programme focuses on real scenarios, allowing participants to develop the confidence and competence needed to act quickly and effectively.
Participants will learn the roles and structure of an Emergency Response Team (ERT), how to activate and execute an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and step-by-step fire drill and evacuation procedures. The training also includes realistic rescue techniques for confined spaces, fire incidents and working at height, along with team coordination strategies during emergencies.
Through hands-on simulations and real scenario drills, participants will gain valuable experience that strengthens emergency readiness, improves teamwork under pressure and enhances their ability to respond and save lives effectively. A certificate will be provided upon completion.
Who Should Attend
This training is suitable for Emergency Response Team (ERT) members, safety committee members, supervisors, facility personnel and anyone responsible for workplace emergency preparedness and response.
Key Outcomes
Participants will understand ERT roles and responsibilities, execute fire drills and evacuation procedures confidently, perform basic rescue techniques safely, improve coordination during emergencies and enhance overall workplace emergency readiness.
