First on the Scene: Build Confidence in First Aid, CPR & AED Emergencies
In a workplace emergency, every second matters. Having employees who are trained to respond quickly and correctly can help reduce the severity of injuries, prevent complications and potentially save lives before professional medical assistance arrives.
Our Basic Occupational First Aid (BOFA) Training is designed to equip participants with essential first aid knowledge and practical lifesaving skills to respond confidently during workplace emergencies. This programme provides hands-on learning to ensure participants are prepared to handle common medical incidents effectively and safely.
Participants will learn how to perform CPR and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), manage wounds, fractures, burns, choking incidents, unconsciousness and shock. The training also covers the roles and responsibilities of first aid responders within an emergency response framework, helping participants understand how to act quickly and appropriately during critical situations.
Through practical demonstrations and guided exercises, participants will gain the confidence to provide immediate assistance while waiting for professional medical support. This training helps organisations strengthen workplace emergency preparedness and create a safer working environment for all employees. A certificate will be provided upon completion.
Who Should Attend
This training is suitable for supervisors, team leaders, safety committee members, ERT members, HR and administrative personnel, frontline employees and anyone responsible for workplace safety and emergency response.
Key Outcomes
