Be Ready to Save Lives: Act Fast, Respond Right in Emergencies
Life-threatening emergencies such as cardiac arrest, choking and respiratory failure can happen without warning. In these critical moments, immediate and correct action can make the difference between life and death. Having trained individuals on-site ensures faster response and increases survival chances before professional medical help arrives.
Our 1-Day First Aider Training is designed to equip participants with essential life-saving knowledge, practical skills and the confidence to respond effectively during emergencies. This programme focuses on hands-on practice to ensure participants are prepared for real-life situations.
Participants will learn how to recognise signs of life-threatening conditions, activate Emergency Medical Services (EMS) quickly and assess victim responsiveness, breathing and pulse accurately. The training also covers high-quality CPR, proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), airway management techniques and how to respond to choking emergencies for both conscious and unconscious victims.
In addition, participants will understand teamwork and communication during emergencies, legal and ethical responsibilities, and how to apply Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques for different groups including infants, children and pregnant individuals. With practical exercises, participants will gain the confidence to respond effectively and save lives. This programme is HRD Corp claimable and a certificate will be provided upon completion.
