Our 1-Day Noise Exposure & Hearing Conservation Training is designed to help organisations create a safer, quieter and healthier working environment. This programme provides practical knowledge and hands-on understanding of how to identify, assess and control workplace noise effectively.
Participants will learn how to identify noise hazards in their workplace and understand how excessive noise affects hearing health. The training also covers the correct use of hearing protection devices such as earplugs and earmuffs, ensuring maximum protection. In addition, participants will gain skills in conducting noise assessments, interpreting audiometric test results and implementing an effective Hearing Conservation Program (HCP) in compliance with workplace safety standards.
Through interactive lectures, group discussions, role-play and real workplace case studies, participants will gain practical insights that can be immediately applied to improve workplace safety and protect employee wellbeing. This training empowers organisations to take proactive steps in preventing hearing loss and strengthening overall occupational health practices.
