Many organisations have emergency plans in place, but without proper training and practice, teams may not respond effectively during real situations. Being prepared is not just about having procedures, it’s about ensuring your team can act quickly, safely and confidently.
Our 2-Day Fire Drill, Rescue & Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Training is designed to equip participants with the critical skills and knowledge needed to respond effectively during workplace emergencies. This intensive programme focuses on real-life application, ensuring participants are fully prepared to handle fire incidents and emergency situations.
Participants will take part in fire drill simulations, learn essential rescue techniques and understand how to develop and implement an effective Emergency Response Plan (ERP). The training also covers how to respond quickly during fire outbreaks, perform basic rescue safely, activate and coordinate Emergency Response Team (ERT) roles and communicate clearly during emergencies.
With realistic, hands-on training using complete emergency equipment, participants will gain practical experience that builds confidence and readiness. This programme helps organisations strengthen their emergency preparedness, improve team coordination and ensure a safer working environment.

This training is suitable for Emergency Response Team (ERT) members, safety committee members, facility and building management personnel and employees working in high-risk environments.
