Whether it is a fire, chemical spill, confined space incident or evacuation scenario, a well-trained Emergency Response Team (ERT) plays a critical role in minimising damage and protecting lives. This 2-day training programme is designed to build structured response capabilities, strengthen coordination and ensure your organisation is fully prepared to manage crisis situations effectively and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
The programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical simulations to ensure participants are not only aware of procedures but capable of executing them confidently under pressure.
Who This Training Is For
This training is suitable for appointed Emergency Response Team members, safety officers, supervisors, first aiders, fire wardens, plant personnel and employees responsible for workplace emergency preparedness.
Key Outcomes
Participants will be able to understand emergency response protocols, perform assigned ERT roles such as Incident Commander, Controller, First Aider, Fire Fighter and Rescuer, respond to fire and chemical spill scenarios, apply evacuation procedures, improve communication during crisis situations and enhance overall workplace emergency preparedness.
