Working in confined spaces presents serious hazards that are often invisible but life-threatening, including toxic gases, oxygen deficiency and restricted entry or exit points. Without proper knowledge and procedures, a small mistake can lead to severe injuries or fatalities. This training is designed to build awareness, strengthen hazard recognition and ensure workers understand safe entry procedures and emergency response requirements when dealing with confined spaces.
Who This Training Is For
This training is suitable for supervisors, safety officers, maintenance personnel, contractors, rescue team members and any employees involved in or working near confined space operations.
Key Outcomes
Participants will be able to identify confined space hazards, understand permit-to-work and entry procedures, apply proper PPE usage, conduct basic atmospheric testing awareness, recognise emergency risks and support safe confined space operations in compliance with safety regulations.
