Working at height is one of the highest-risk activities in the construction industry. Without proper training, awareness and supervision, fall incidents can result in serious injuries or fatalities. This 2-day training programme is specially tailored for foreign construction workers, particularly those involved in the ERL project, to strengthen safety awareness, practical competence and compliance with site requirements. The programme focuses on real-site scenarios to ensure workers understand hazards and apply safe working practices confidently.
Who This Training Is For
This training is suitable for foreign construction workers, site supervisors, safety coordinators and personnel involved in elevated work activities such as scaffolding, roofing, structural installation and maintenance work at height.
Key Outcomes
Participants will be able to identify hazards associated with working at height, use safety harnesses and fall protection equipment correctly, conduct basic visual inspections, apply fall prevention techniques, follow site-specific safety procedures and demonstrate safer working behaviour during practical exercises.
