This training is designed to equip participants with practical knowledge and structured approaches to identify hazards, assess risks and implement effective control measures. Through HIRARC and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) methodologies, organisations can strengthen compliance, improve operational safety and build a proactive safety culture.
Who This Training Is For
This training is suitable for safety and health officers, supervisors, managers, safety committee members, engineers, team leaders and employees responsible for conducting risk assessments or overseeing operational safety.
Key Outcomes
Participants will be able to understand the principles of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC), conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for various workplace tasks, evaluate risk levels systematically, recommend appropriate control measures, ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a structured safety management approach within their organisation.
